One of the leaves on my nepenthes deroose alata is turning yellow. Is it because of overwatering?

As far as I know, because I'm still a baby nep grower, it's normal. They happen on a hybrid I've had for a year or two now. What's the rest of the plant look like?

Ok. I have had this for almost a month and I haven't seen any pitcher growth. And I try to keep it humid.
