Your Intermedia doesn't look dormant at all so it's entirely possible for it to flower this late into the season.

Also, drosera almost never put out ditch flower stalks, and in the case of Intermedia it means it's recieving proper sunlight and food.

Mine are in hibernaculum but still have ripening stalks :D

Your Drosera intermedia looks wide-awake to me. Is it possible that you have one of the tropical forms?
