It definitely has ornata features. I'm not sure on the convention for naming sarr varieties. If they follow the same rules as flytrap cultivars, then it is a flava with ornata features.

Yes that would be considered S. flava var. ornata. There's no problem applying that sort of variety label to an unknown plant, since they're all easy to tell apart unlike flytrap cultivars.
