There's a chance I'm just being a bit paranoid, but I'd appreciate confirmation nontheless. My n. platychilla, which I've had for maybe about a year, has some strange white specs on it and some of the plant's leaves are dying before older leaves. Should I panic? :|

Yeah i would also repot with brand new media and clean/soak the plant in water with trace amount of fungicide for 2 hrs before that (with scotts disease i have used 750-780mg/10oz without ill effect on nepenthes and moss). If leafs not completely dry leave them alone cause you might create new wounds for infection by cutting dying leafs.
