Hello,

My capensis is growing spiraled leaves and I don't really know why. From the looks of things the plant is healthy and the weird leaves are healthy as well.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Have you checked for mites/aphids? when they damage new budding growth it can make it look super weird. If its not that or some other small bug-type pest than IDK.
