I'm wondering if someone can ID this.

I feel like I've been battling an unseen pest for the last few weeks. I spent hours taking all my plants outside last week and spraying then with neem oil. I found this on one of my drosera today. It was pretty tiny, I have a photo from a microscope and on the slide (it's a small white bug).

Thank you in advance!
