No. It is not a true grow light, just a light meant to outline the green colors and make your plants look better. You're better of getting a 10 dollar bulb at home depot.

The first bulb is fine. All the lights mentioned are fine, you just have to put some of them closer to the plants. There's a pinned thread about how to measure light intensity. White LEDs all cover the same spectrum, since the color/wavelength is determined by the semiconductor material.
