Which tendrils will form healthy pitchers? These came with the plant.

The first (top left) and second (bottom left) tendrils will probably pitcher if you keep your nep happy.
The third (top right) tendril is dried up; it won't pitcher.

Yes, all healthy tendrils should be tan colored (for nepenthes Ventrata).
Dried tendrils/pitchers are black and dead.
