This little sundew came along with a Native Exotics (now called Florae) Nepenthes. It must be happy, because it's already flowering. Any idea what it is? What should I feed it? Bonus points if you can tell me what the little stalks sticking up and covering everything are. Sorry about image quality, phone camera isn't ideal.

The little stalks are the 'flowers' of the moss. Not technically a flower, but that is where they produce the spores. My guess at the sundew is a spatulata but I will defer to other experts.
