Looking at them closely, I think they are probably byblis.

Hard to tell but they do look like Byblis seeds more than Drosera for sure. You could do the 10:1 water/bleach thing or soak them in a 500ppm mix of GA3 for 24 hours. The second would be less likely to damage them if it isn't byblis though. Good luck!
