Hello!

My Sarracenia Purpurea has not been forming its pitchers properly and I don't know what is causing this. The rest of the pitcher are fine except for the top.

A newbie at taking care of carnivorous plants. I live in Australia, Perth WA.

Maybe a weird adolescent and mature pitcher hybrid abnormality? Has it had any kind of shock recently such as a repotting or been moved to a different location?

I've had sarr and nep pitchers do that if damaged when just forming. The next pitchers should be ok. If not, it may be some sort of pest.

I just noticed these things on one of the pitchers. I thought it might've been just some debris or dust but it looks like a grouping of some kind of pest. What do you think?
