I have had my pitcher plants for a while now and I realised that one of my pitchers has a hole underneath it and everytime I put a little bit of water it drains it all out eventually. What do I do.. help!

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do for the pitcher. The plant will produce new and fully functioning pitchers given time.
