Seasonal leaves on cupped?

Hello. Are cupped flytraps all the time in that shape or seasonal. Since i found on instagram a photo of cupped flytraps with non and cupped traps.

It depends. Did you buy it under the label “cupped traps” or did you buy just a regular Venus fly trap

If you bought a regular vft then it’s just seasonal if you bought the “cupped traps” cultivar than they will stay cupped for ever

I did not buy, just found that photo and thought its seasonal as fused tooth

Ok. The cupped trap cultivated isn’t seasonal there may be occasional traps that aren’t cupped but for the most part they stay cupped.
