hi everyone. i just got the drosera aliciae i ordered online it arived as a baby, im assuming its around 1 years old.i have 2 questions thougth how long will it take to mature and is it big enough to catch house flies?

A picture would help very much. I would assume it would be able to catch flies once it’s big enough, but I would recommend a D filiformis floridana or a D tracyi to catch flies, they don’t require a dormancy and have super long sticky leaves. Just today my D. filiformis Florida Red caught a mosquito.

i wouldnt mine trading a cutting for the seeds id be more comfortable doing it through mail since i have no idea who you are (no Offense).i can mail the cutting in a wet paper towel.whats you P.O box number.

I’ll PM you once I have the seeds, probably in about a week. Very rarely do people do trades in person on the forum, they usually live awhile apart and don’t want to drive all the way to their house. And like you said they have no idea who the other person is.
