How big of a difference? Have the small ones not grown at all? If not, they're probably duds. However, just leave them be as they might just have a single seed, or at least very few.
The ones that did swell and grow, congrats daddy! Your VFT is going to produce.

@ChefDean, Yes very small like they have not grown at all, and the over ones are massive like in the photo. Ots exciting, I look forward to next year and will try hand pollinating to ensure good pollination.
