I found out that the grow light was too close too early, it was basically 380+ppfd (in 8cm/3 inches).
I tried to do some math and put the grow light, so the plant got 220ppfd (in 15cm/6 inches)

I put a shadow cloth that gives a greenhouse effect and I was gone for 4 days, when I came back I noticed that the new growths looks even better, the vft got even redder. But two of the new growths are noticeably getting “sunburned”, and I’m worried the newer ones are going to get burned too.

Should I put the light a bit further away? I heard that minimum 250ppfd is recommended.

If you lose the tag on a vft and can't say for sure what cultivar it was, it is a typical.
