Hi, i recently repotted and changed my Growing lights for something stronger and ive noticed this red coloration on the stem of each leaf, i dont know if its normal, Thanks in advance

It's normal. Usually when plants are exposed to brighter lights whether it be Nepenthes, Sundews, or Cephalotus 'Hummer's Giant,' they'll develop a red color/tinge. The new growth of your capensis looks healthy so that's a good indicator.
