I have been reading old CPN issues, and a lot of growers attest to Nepenthes liking 250+ TDS tap water. Is this true in your experience? I'm in a water crunch now. Would be great just to give them tap.

I give mine tap, Be sure to flush with distilled water as soon as you see salt crystals

Seriously? And no ill effects? What is the tds of your tap? How do the plants look? Healthy and green?

I let the water run through the medium. Would crystals still form?
