How do you grow this? Soil mix, summer conditions, etc. Also, how many flowers are on each stalk?

It's still in the same pot it came in, and the nursery uses equal parts peat/sand mix. As far as summer conditions, when the plant starts to go dormant in May, I let the dirt dry completely. The square of dirt shrinks in the pot. I shade it a bit, but it still gets sun. I sprinkle a little water maybe once a month. Late October, it goes back on the tray system. It's well into December before I see any growth. Oh, and it made one flower at the end of one growing stem of about eight inches tall, and that flower was the last growth for the season.
