I left my pitcher plant in the window assuming it needed full sunlight (about 4hrs of morning/ afternoon). It appeared to have burned my leaves so I moved it under a tent with zero direct sun. Request recommendations on how to care for this plant and whether it will recover from its burns. Also, pots are dying and nothing new has grown in over a month

My Ventrata looks way worse. It will be totally fine. The leafs that burned will die but that's fine, nothing to worry about.

The problem your probably having is you haven't let the plant adjust to it's environment, you keep moving it.

If it were mine I would put it outside where it will get at least 4 hours of full sun and not worry about it.

I had mine hanging in my greenhouse. The recent heatwave caused some stress. I opted to move them inside permanently. They are resting in a sunny window. About 8 or so hours of indirect sunlight per day. It took about two weeks to receiver from heat stress.
Just let the burnt leaves die off and make sure it gets plenty of water. Should be fine but it may take time to adjust.
