I was watering my sundew tap water and soon found out that it doesn't take in minerals from the soil... :o
I should use RO, distilled or rainwater right?

(the total dissolved solids for the water is about 130 mg/L, just for info)

Any of those will work. when you start using good water give them a good topwater flush to get the minerals out.

Correct. When I was watering mine with tap water they got really sickly and yellow, especially the capensises. The nidiformises didn't seem to mind, though. They grow like crazy for me.

They all grow better in pure water.
