Hi! I was wondering if having high humidity in my mini indoor green house would negatively affect the fluorescent light set up I have in the greenhouse as well? If so, how should I combat this?

In the long run things will rust from the humidity. Depending on the amount will define how fast. You will probably want to upgrade long before that happens though.
