So I recently got a fogger for my nepenthes, and I think I may have let it run for to long, because when I checked on the plants there was some fungus growing in the LFS. I know how to get rid of it (increase ventilation, less humidity) I just wanted to make sure it’s not a threat to the plants.

I actually think that might be spider mite webbing.
Fungus in itself is not harmful to plants, but can indicate conditions that might be a concern.
As a general rule, if whatever's growing in the substrate isn't climbing/overtaking/feeding on the things you want to grow, it's fine. That rule goes for everything from plants to fungus to bugs.
