Hey guys so I’ve noticed my Drosera Spatulata x Capensis has started to grow a flower stalk, should I let it flower and collect seeds or is it sterile? I hear that this hybrid can only produce by leaf pullings/Cuttings, is this true? I’m still new to all this CP stuff.

Usually hybrids are sterile but there have been exceptions.
I'd let it flower and even try to pollinate a few flowers.
Flowering is not as hard on Sundews as it is on VFTs.

If you see the flower's ovaries swelling into seed pods, you may end up with seed.

Good growing,
Mike
