I found a new Texas native terrestrial orchid today. The Snowy Orchid.

Absolutely amazing!! How long does it bloom for if you know? The arrangement almost reminds me of Nepenthes flowers

I love the look of that one! Jealous! I wish I had native orchids in my state and my county! I would love all of the picture taking opportunities!

CPN sells the Platanthera ciliaris, not the P. chapmanii. They look very similar but are a different species. I was given permission to collect a few seed pods this year from the preserve.
