I have noticed that since few days there is a white dust on my Pinguicula. It's my first time with Pinguiculas so I don't know what it is. Is it dangerous for the plant?

I magnified your pic. It looks like the "dust" has wings and legs. So I think it's white fly - which would be food for the ping but means some of your other plants have a problem.

Wow thank you, so I just leave them on my pinguicula and let them be eaten?

That's what I do. Also, since you already have a "before" pic, I'd compare it to the way the ping looks in a week or two. The bugs that are currently in the pic should look less sharp-edged as the digestion takes place. If there's more of them, then they're still coming from another of your plants and you should find out the source. If the source plant just has small numbers of bugs, then the presence of the ping alone may be enough to end them - given time. Otherwise, I'd get rid of them at the source.

BTW I always check white "dust" for arrowhead shapes - it usually means white fly.
