So recently, I was looking at my Drosera Capensis pot when I realized there was a small unidentified Drosera seedling in its pot [sorry that I couldn’t take good pictures, I have an IPhone and it’s absolutely tiny (as in smaller than the moss in the pot)]

It really needs to be a flowering size plant to get a good ID. Though more than likely if it's in a capensis pot, it's most likely capensis.

So drosera capensis seedlings have spatulate leaves?

Now that I looked more closely, it has a slight stem, so I think you're right that it's a capensis.

Yes, juvenile capensis leaves can be sort of spatulata in shape.
