Its hard to tell. But I have ANOTHER growth point, but this one is coming from the crevice of the leaf.

What is making this happen?

Are there actually any negative effects health-wise of the reddening of leaves? I know lots of growers dislike it aesthetically but it seems to me like it is OK as long as the plant isn't burning.
