My N. Talengensis x sibulensis named Tesla has one leaf that looks like it may be variegated!
It's a pretty young plant but I'm absolutely hoping it could be variegated!! Let me know what you guys think

I know it's got some yellowing also. It got a bit too much water.

In my expertise variegated is much more pronounced than that.

While variegation can be less pronounced like this, it's not uncommon for plants to produce a single variegated leaf. It most likely won't continue to do so.
