FlytrapCare Carnivorous Plant Forums

So i would like to know if my air plants are healthy. I soak them about 30 min every twice a day since now in summer is very hot and we use air condisionar, the other are spreay them with water.
They are placed on east windows. This is how they look. (Btw may you tell me which type they are like they latin name)
