I love this little plant! A friend gave it to us for helping her repot her Venus fly trap collection back in February. It didn't do much for the first couple of months while it adjusted to our growing window over the kitchen sink, but now check it out!!!

And it loves visiting the flytraps too

is it ok to grow your african violets and venus fly traps under the same grow lights?

I don't see why not. But we don't grow our flytraps nor our African violet under lights. Flytraps do best in full sun and the violet seems happy in our sunny windowsill.
