I agree with Mickey, it would be nice to have some non-basic Drosera. I am not having an easy time finding info on the petiolaris-complex, although it maybe cause I am tired...

Tried it on D. binata var. multifida f. extrema. The two plants in that media grew much slower in that media than the other in peat and sphagnum. In fact, the ones in sphagnum were no doubt 10x larger than the plants in coir before I took them out of it. One plant that was plant in the coir went into decline and did not make it back out. The only interesting affect the coir seemed to have was that the two plants in it were extremely red.
