Ahh the P. primuliflora (The primrose butterwort) an its a Temperate perennial for outdoor growing. So yes it does

I need to repot it. I need to figure out when is the best time to do that. It's getting a little big for where it is, since I didn't put the soil up high enough. Now it's kind of pushing against the wall of the pot.

The best time too repot is during spring when the plant is coming outta dormancy
