So I put my pitcher plant outside because it was getting warmer outside but overnight there was an unexpected frost. A few days later the leaves started to turn brown however they do not look dead. Is there any way that I can save my plant? A pic is posted below.

Honestly there is not much you can do at this point. Keep the plant in favorable conditions, and if the stem survived, you will see new shoots coming out in a few weeks. If you don't see any new growth within around two months, your plant is most likely dead.

Darn, that's pretty bad. The growth point isn't green anymore either. I think it's pretty much dead. As Leathal_Traps said you can only hope the roots/base survived. If there's no signs of life in 1-2 months it's pretty much done. I think it's dead. :(

You might want to keep a weather forecast with you at all times. I check daily and even every few hours if there's any chance temps might drop dramatically until at least mid-April. Most frost warnings are given at least a few hours in advance and it would have saved it. :(

EDIT: I just noticed you're from Ontario. I'm sorry to say but you should really be aware of the temperatures there almost on a daily basis. Even now it shows 2-6C (36 Fahrenheit) which is too low. I lived in Canada for 4 years(Winnipeg) and when daily temps are in the 40s there's no reason to have a nepenthes outside. Maybe when the daily highs are over 60 and even then they prefer summer temperatures.
