It's hard to tell from the picture, but it's either going to be a Drosera indica complex species, or a Byblis, most likely Byblis liniflora. D. indica leaves unroll from the growth point out while Byblis leaves are the opposite, like Drosophyllum lusitanicum.

It looks to be growing a little bit of a stem, I'd say B. liniflora. Otherwise D. indica or a droso.
