They grow like weeds for me, honestly not too picky. They can even germinate and use any media - from my experience. They've popped up in live sphagnum, a sandy mix, water, and even in wet rocks. They'll need shelter from cold if it's below 55 F though. Just keep them moist and you'll have way more than you need in no time. I say this because they flower prolifically and set seed on their own. People tease the flowers to help with pollination, but I find it unnecessary because they do it themselves. They are very rewarding and are like capensis, for me at least. Good luck!
