It's not so unusual, depending on the plant's ancestry. The are many slippers that have multiple simultaneous blooms. For instance:

There's also another group that have sequential blooming, where the second bud grows (or even opens) while the first flower is stll blooming:

And there's even some that look like Klingon spaceships (but that's probably just me

)...

Interesting.

I haven't been growing orchids for as long as my CP so its kind of new to me.
I do have slippers that are known for sequential blooming I just didn't think this to be one of them
Here is the pic of the last bloom. Single flower.

I certainly can't tell for sure, but from your pic. your plant looks like a Paph Maudiae-type hybrid (are the leaves spotted?). I did a bit of Google-ing and found that there are ads for Maudiaes with sequential blooming, which is new since the last time I checked - probably 15 years ago. The "arms" on your flower don't have the typical Maudiae curve, so it wouldn't surprise me that whatever ancestor might have made it sequential also changed the shape of the flower.

Yes the leaves are mottled green and white
