Hi,
I own a lot of temperate cp. the bad thing is this year I moved to florida. Although I live about 3 hours away from the panhandle. So will my winters be cold enough to acomodate to the dormancy requirements of all my temperate plants. The average winter temp is 45 degrees farenheit.

yup, all your plants will be fine, my average winter lows are also 40-45 degrees. All my sarrs, vfts, and drosera do fine here, and your should to.
