Are these springtails?

I have these little back bugs crawling all over the soil. They don't seem to do any harm to the plants. Are they springtails? They look rather different to the conventional one.

Whatever they are, they're wonderful as I don't need to manually feed by seedlings and pygmy sundews.

Looks like Allacma fusca of the order Symphypleona springtails. Pretty chunky for a springtail.
