D. adelae grows naturally in the rainforests of australia so it doesn't like it too bright. Cold temps might be a problem.

Capensis is a plant that won't die no matter what you do to it.

Leaf curling as in the leaf curling over its food? D. adelae has minimal leaf movements

Just remember that D. adelae grows well in lower light, it does need to be kept warmer and in higher humidity than capensis. D. capensis is the easiest to grow (and can adapt to lower light)
