This is a photo of one small pitcher I cut open after it collapsed due to over eating! There are remains of many dozens of flys and other critters; They are truly effective flycatchers

All on it’s own with no help; they feed themselves pretty well. One thing about these, they attract so many flies and such, it’s not uncommon to just be on the deck and watch a fly sucking the narcotic nectar on the rim of the plant, you can almost tell it gets woozy, stumbles, then it ……………………slips in the pit.
