They need HL conditions and high humidity and good lighting.
Same as most other HL neps

How it looks is of little issue.

It stays around 65 to 70% humidity and it's around 60 to 70 degrees in there. Thank you small 10.00 fan lol

Yes I put a very large ice pack in at night to drop the temps down 15 to 20 degrees

Ok
65 or lower is preferable.
If the new leaves start growing in smaller or distorted it's not getting cool enough at night
