I love how some of my sarracenia just ooze with nectar while others make a more crystallized nectar and others you can barely see any nectar. One some the nectar just oozes from everywhere it seems. The hoods, the tubes and the throats. Took a few pics of some really gooey seedlings.

I also can't believe how sticky some of it is. I was moving one of my flavas and it was like I just got done eating pancakes with my fingers.

I've seen more nectar on my plants in cloudy weather than in sunny weather.
I think if you can get a good mix of sunlight and humidity you'll get some good nectar production.
Eric, great looking plants. You should sell the nectar in jars! :D

What sparks the nectar production? Is it the sunlight?
I'd say it was bright light but it could just mean its a healthy plant. I have noticed when I grow sarracenia under HPS or MH they get thick nectar that resembles exudate on nepenthes. Under fluoros they have the dripping nectar. I just put these under a new type of bulb, a ceramic metal halide, and i'm going to see how they like that.

Thanks for the kind comments Daniel and GK!
