I had all but given up on this plant. It was in the greenhouse for a while with the other highlanders, but never pitchered. It would start a pitcher and then shrivel up, so I figured I just don't have the right set up for lowlanders, as the greenhouse gets nice and warm during daytime, and cools off at night.

I decided to bring it in the house, and put it in a window, and it seems to really like that. This is the 1st pitcher its made for me. YAY!!

Nice pitcher! My guess is that you were getting the shriveling due to the low night time temps. My lowanders seem to do the same thing when it gets too cold.

wow, love your pitcher. Yea, just like NatchGreyes said, it probably was because of the low night temperatures.

My Hookeriania has been growing like crazy has several pitchers, that are bigger than the last.
