Found outside of my work in northwest Ohio, looks like it has sticky hairs on it and I don't recognize it. Of course it might not be carnivorous.

It's probably just sticky/hairy to discourage insects. Sundews are thought to have evolved from something like that, so it might be carnivorous in a few thousand years, but right now it's just a sticky plant.
