I have always heard, on all forums, that rajah is the largest. For some reason, I have always thought that truncata deserved rajah's place as king, although I remember seeing all sorts of Nepenthes that could easily outrank each other. This list is comprised of the ones that were extremist cases.

Of course, the current king Nepenthes rajah

Jeremiah Harris' Nepenthes truncata x epphippiata

Image
One of my favorites, massive Nepenthes truncata

Image
Another favorite, a massive Nepenthes robcantleyi

Image
Leilani's Nepenthes merilliana x truncata

And some other very large Nepenthes, but not to the same extent as above

Nepenthes ventricosa x sibuyanensis "giant"

Image
And Borneo Exotics' Nepenthes sibuyanensis x merilliana

Image
Got more time to add the infamous Nepenthes attenboroughii. It's a bit small because I couldn't upload the larger one

Image
Also got more time to add the less common Nepenthes palawanensis

Image
Just remembered seeing robert cantley with Nepenthes "rafflesiana brunei giant", unfortunately I couldn't find the image so here's this one

I'm sure there are a lot more Nepenthes out there that could easily compete, but these are some of the ones that caught my attention the most. If this topic has been had before, then I have not seen it, the main reason for bringing this up is that I have tried to find conflicting opinions about their sizes, but I have not yet seen one that goes into deep detail.

I also want to talk about the smallest which I have seen Nepenthes argentii, but Nepenthes micramphora isn't far behind.

I'm running out of time and will add others later.

Great pics ! I was trying to avoid the really big species. I grow some of the “petite” varieties. But now I have 2 bicals and they get some massive leaves. But mine are still youngsters.
