I have a friend that grows N. truncata from Pasian outside in San Diego. It's not very big yet as he got it as a rather small plant, but it has done well and made some nice leaf jumps.

Truncata or x Miranda are both large nepenthes. Truncata grows fairly slow though, Miranda is a pretty fast grower.
