Hello from Wales! About a month or so ago I purchased a care pack with venus fly trap seeds; they have since been planted and the seedlings have sprung up! They're growing well - I think - and I can see tiny little hairs on the leaves which is very exciting! 
Yesterday I was at a garden centre when I saw some larger, more developed plants, so...I bought one. After standing the big guy up in rainwater (the garden centre was not doing this, tsk tsk) I plodded around the house in search of flies. What an experience seeing the traps shut!
Anyway, I am extremely excited to be here and to share my plants with you all, and to learn some knowledge from all you experienced growers!
