Hi hi, I'm wondering when should you think about dividing a plant? My Sarracenia Beryl is a really nice size and although I'm not thrilled with the idea of dividing it I'm wondering if it will need to be divided anytime soon due to its size as I'm not entirely sure how big you can let them get before you need to. There's 3 growth points, one of which is still young. I've also noticed a couple of roots poking through the bottom of the pot as well. It was last re-potted earlier this year but has been growing quite rapidly.

Would it be alright for another year and is division necessary or will the plant's growth just slow down?

I'd repot to a bigger pot but I don't see a need to divide it unless you want to. If the rhizome has enough room to spread, it should be fine.
