First i have from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm direct sunlight and then artificial light with a 9 watt equiv to 40 watt bulb, 3 hours. It is a good method ? Thanks in advance

Not really, your fussing too much about the plants. In the wild theres not anybody lowering an artificial light every 4 hours. The light change will make the plant confused, as theyre only used to sunrise and sunset twice a day. If you want the best for your plant, leave it out in your garden. It will do fine there and can catch all the insects it needs!

Well Fish 30 has given you the best advice ! the natural sun light , there is no substitute at all, it keeps them health ,keeps a lot of pests and mould and fungus away,to mention just a few , dont stuff with the natural stuff its just not worth it and your plants will thank you for it,with bigger and more colourful traps
